Lazy Dreams

By: Psudo

the perfect life that I would choose

would defeat strife and survive a bruise

the perfect life that I forsee

includes a wife held next to me

a hand to hold when light is gone

a soft, sweet touch a silent song

we'd own a home just something small

a stable room a sturdy hall

we'd have enough most of the time

when money's tight we can get by

a soft, black cat a lazy hound

a couple kids that gather 'round

a simple life a peaceful place

where me and wife bless His Grace

where we can stay in mostly light

and teach our kids wrong from right

I'll find this life there is a way

send my wife Dear Lord, I pray
