  Soulofapoet.com has moved to a new server! More speed, more bandwidth, same busy admin. Sigh. Someday I'll get around to adding more funcationality.

  I have added an option to choose whether you want to show your real name on the site or not. By default it is unchecked. You can change it at any time by editing your profile.

  This past week I've applied the new theme to more of the site, and worked on cleaning up some of the inconsistancies between IE and firefox. Whee. I was also notified by one of the old users that the help page wasn't there. So, I put a basic one up, with instructions on how you can get your old account back if you had one. Please, come back and post more writing!

  Dark themes aren't for everyone. I was showing someone one of my stories the other day and she said that the site "made her eyes bleed". Well fine then. So I'm working on a gold and silver theme. Eventually you'll be able to choose themes, but I'm not quite there, yet.

  I realized that the only way people could access a work was through the search functionality. This seemed like a bad idea, given that you had to put in a word just to find any works, and most common words aren't searchable. I also realized profiles weren't available, so I killed two birds with one stone. Accessing a profile will give you their visible works. Neat!

  So, the site is back. Completely rewritten, with new functionality, more potential... and no users. Feel free to rectify that as soon as possible.
